Nutrient Research Project Outline


Nutrient Research Project

You have been assigned a nutrient to research, and you will submit a report (no more than 2 pages), based on it. Choose the nutrient you are either consuming in excess, or are deficient in.

You must complete the following for your research:
- Discuss 5 functions of what the nutrient does for our bodies
- List 4 major food sources for that nutrient
- Discuss what happens to your body when you over-consume this nutrient
- Discuss what happens to your body when you under-consume this nutrient
- Generate at least 2 other Inquiry questions, and discuss the important facts about your nutrient discovered from these questions
- You will need to provide a Works Cited page to cite your sources

This assignment will be due April 6, 2020

You will have in-class time to complete this assignment.
